1. Why We Collect Client Data
Savannah Tradegate collects client data so we can respond to inquiries, understand requested services, prepare quotations, support registrations, and manage service requests through to completion.
2. Types of Data We Handle
The exact information requested depends on the service selected and what is necessary to proceed.
- Contact details
- Business details
- Identity details when required
- KRA PIN-related details when required
- Service request notes
- Supporting documents if uploads are added later
3. How Data Moves Through the Website
A user submits a form through the website. The information is sent through secure server-side API routes and stored in Supabase for service request management.
Staff access is protected through admin login, and requests are managed through the admin dashboard.
4. Staff Access
Only authorized staff should access service requests. Staff access is intended for handling inquiries, processing requests, updating statuses, and adding relevant internal notes.
5. Storage and Security
Savannah Tradegate uses restricted access, secure backend handling, and staff-only admin access for service request information.
If file uploads are added later, uploaded documents should be stored in private storage with access limited to authorized staff and required service workflows.
6. Data Minimization
Savannah Tradegate aims to collect only the information necessary for the requested service. Clients should avoid submitting unrelated sensitive information unless it is required for the service being requested.
7. Data Correction and Removal Requests
Clients may request correction or removal of their information where applicable by contacting savannahtradegateltd@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained for legal, business, compliance, or dispute-handling reasons.
8. Legal Review Notice
This statement is provided for practical business guidance and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before final publication or public launch.
